• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Non-returnable items: Personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces cannot be returned.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

🔄 Exchanges
• Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
• Options: You may exchange for the same product (if defective or size issue) or for another item of equal or higher value (with price difference to be paid by the customer).

• Shipping charges for returns or exchanges must be covered by the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with photos/videos for verification.
